Kavvya Mukkavilli is an Australian legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate immigration, global mobility and regulatory advisory across both private practice and professional services environments. With over five years of specialised immigration experience gained at firms including Fragomen and Deloitte, she has advised a diverse portfolio of multinational corporations, emerging businesses and individual clients on complex Australian immigration matters.

Her expertise spans employer-sponsored temporary and permanent visa programs, sponsorship compliance, global mobility strategy, merits review proceedings before the Administrative Review Tribunal, and broader regulatory and employment-related immigration issues.
