I am an immigration professional with extensive experience across global, US, and Australian immigration processes.

My background combines strong case management skills with a commitment to continuous learning, demonstrated through my Mandarin studies in Taiwan and the Philippines and my recognition as a Taiwan Ministry of Education Scholar.

I began my career at U-Travel Services, Inc., where I advanced to Documentations Officer and gained hands-on expertise with various Australian and US visa applications.

I later expanded my skills in compliance and process management as a Training and Compliance Coordinator at Carnival Cruise Line, and further strengthened my global mobility experience while coordinating international immigration cases at Ernst & Young GDS Philippines.

I then shifted into US immigration as a Case Manager at Conexus MedStaff, working closely with PERM, H-1B, EB-3, and I-140 petition processes.

Currently, I work as a Remote Immigration Specialist, where I manage a wide range of Australian visa applications, prepare supporting documents, respond to RFIs, assist with appeals, communicate with clients, and ensure all cases meet regulatory requirements.
